Getting There

Claremont Showground

Located just 9km from the Perth CBD and 30 minutes from Perth  Airport, Claremont Showground is easily accessible by public transport or car.


Arriving by Car
Claremont Showground is lucky to offer on ground parking for most events (subject to availability). Acrod parking is reserved onsite during events,  and is available outside the venue along Graylands Road and at Ashton Triangle (Corner Judge and Ashton Avenues). There is further parking available at: Claremont Aquatic Centre (Davies Rd), Claremont Golf Course Carpark (entry via Lapsley Rd) and Claremont Oval (entry via Shenton Rd)


Arriving by Train
Train services on the Fremantle Line stop at the Showground Station for events with over 2000 people in attendance. If you are visiting a smaller event access to the Claremont Showground is a short walk from the Claremont Station.


Arriving by Bus
Bus numbers 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 98/99 (circle route), 102, 103 and 107 all stop close by. Groups of up to seven people (two adults and five children or two adults and five concession fares) can travel to and from the Showground on a FamilyRider ticket which allows unlimited system-wide travel on weekends, public holidays and after 9am on weekdays during school holidays.

Melbourne Showgrounds

Located just 7km from Melbourne CBD and 15 minutes from Melbourne Airport, Melbourne Showgrounds is easily accessible by public transport or car.


Arriving by Car
Melbourne Showgrounds provides limited onsite parking for events. Please check the details of your event via the event calendar prior to arrival for entry gates and parking costs.


Arriving by Bus
Bus No. 472 (Williamstown to Moonee Ponds) stops along Langs Road.
Bus No. 404 (Footscray to Moonee Ponds) stops on the corner of Epsom and Ascot Vale Roads


Arriving by Tram
Route 57 tram (West Maribyrnong to Elizabeth Street, City), stops at stop 32 (Showgrounds Village Shopping Centre on Epsom Road). Please note that the previously serviced stop 33 is no longer in use. Please listen to onboard announcements or check with your tram driver.


Arriving by Train
