Mobility and Accessibility for Children in Australia (MACA)

Helen Lindner established Mobility and Accessibility for Children in Australia (MACA INC) in 2019 to address the gaps in Australia between policy, research and practice relating to the transport of children with disability and medical conditions. Helen has worked in road safety and the transport sector – at a state, national and international level – for the last decade. An expert in the field of child restraints and road safety policy and practice, Helen chaired the last review of the AS/NZS 4370 – the standard for the transport of children with disability and medical conditions.
